Introduction

Comet’s ColorSave Micro is an accurate, economical, small quantity gravimetric feeder for injection, extrusion, or blow molding machines. It is compact, cost effective, and uses a new patented system to precisely feed small quantities of color concentrate, or other additives, directly into the feed throat of your injection molding, extrusion, or blow molding machine.

The ColorSave Micro integrates the feeding process by continuously monitoring the load cells and accurately keeping track of the weight-loss rate from the feeder.

This simply designed unit ensures minimal setup time or maintenance. Load cells are protected in opened hoppers (no gates to open or close) insuring high reliability.
